CSO is looking for an Accounts Payable Managing Specialist.
The Accounts Payable Managing Specialist will perform all Accounts Payable Functions and will ensure timely and accurate processing and maintenance of all non-payroll disbursements and related documentation. This position will also assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable agency, state and federal rules and regulations.
This is a full-time, in-person, Monday-Friday position.

Qualifications
College degree in relevant field or equivalent experience and three years' experience in purchasing and/or accounts payable, preferably in non-profit behavioral health or related field. Should have a basic understanding of accounting. Must have good organizational skills, proofreading and transcription skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint required. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle situations in a professional manner at all times with clientele, staff and external sources. Ability to perform multiple tasks and assignments over an extended period of time and follow through with projects; understand and relate ideas and concepts; and identify and prioritize issues in a responsible manner. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel occasionally to various offices in the region.
