PURPOSE: Provide reporting, analytics and statistical expertise and tools for development of accurate solutions based on agency needs and in conjunction with agency management. Analyze and synthesize related and seemingly unrelated data into a meaningful, audience-appropriate medium to support the agency's strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and accreditation. Act as a data steward and maintain the analytical foundation through business definitions and design of data structure to ensure integrity and reliability of analytics. Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external entities in support of reporting, analytics, and relevant work flows.
Manage all business system data components and relevant data driven workflows for existing and new systems while ensuring integration and forward capacity.
Manage system changes and additional requirements in business systems ensuring that changes are vetted and prioritized through a change management process. In collaboration with the senior management and Executive Team, identify the impact of changes to all other data and information repositories and processes to ensure alignment with agency goals.
Introduce and implement newest market developments and trends in analytics for use at all levels throughout the Agency.
Provide Reporting and Analytics across ALL systems with full integration where possible. Ensure the use of key data elements to maintain relevant data and informational relationships across these systems.

All other External data sources. (Payers, ACO's/MCO's, all applicable City, State and Federal agencies, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:College degree in a related area of study or equivalent experience, and five years' management and supervisory experience, preferably in behavioral health or related field. Working knowledge of EHR software and computer competency. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow through with projects. Ability to perform multiple tasks and assignments over an extended period of time; understand and relate ideas and concepts; and identify and prioritize issues in a responsible manner. Ability to function effectively as a member of the Agency Management team with demonstrated collaborative, cooperative, supportive and flexible attitude. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
