Nurse Manager (Part-Time), Gardner

CSO is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Clinic team as a Nurse Manager. The Nurse Manager will provide leadership in integrated care and assist with the development of a wellness curriculum and associated wellness groups. They will also provide clinical screening, evaluation, monitoring and education to children, adolescents and adults in a clinical and community setting. They will coordinate medical care as well as provide supportive services to the Prescribing team and external PCPs, and collaborate with CCBHC team members to ensure optimal planning and support for clients.
