Administrative Assistant, FRC, Amherst

CSO is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Family Resource Center (FRC) in Amherst. This is a family centered program that serves families with children 0-18 years old.  We offer parenting programs, support groups, early childhood services, information and referral resources and education supports for families.  The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing general reception, clerical, and overall administrative support for the FRC.   

This position is 32 hours/week.

Qualifications

 A minimum of High School diploma or GED required with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and possess the ability to handle situations in a professional, trauma informed manner with families, staff and visitors.  Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record, and word processing software including Word/Excel and Constant Contact platforms.
