CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic in Greenfield.

CSO has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic in Greenfield, MA, providing clinical and administrative supervision for staff and interns in outpatient clinic. This position will provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups, will participate as an active member of the agency management team, and provide clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts. Work as part of an amazing team including the Clinic Director, other Clinical Supervisors, Integrated Services Managers, Psychiatrists and Clinical Nurse Specialists.
CSO provides an Excellent work environment with a great management team and top notch technology (including Electronic Health Records). CSO fully supports mental health licensure with regular supervision and a plethora of free in-house and on-site training opportunities that are CEU authorized by various licensing organizations. We are also a Trauma-Informed Agency, practicing trauma-informed care and offering regular trainings and an internal Trauma-Informed Care Certification program.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families. Three years of supervisory experience and clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT.) Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
