CBHC Clinical Supervisor, Greenfield

CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic in Greenfield. 

Looking for a rewarding job with an opportunity to help individuals in their quest for stability, growth, and a positive quality of life?  CSO has an opening for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient Clinic in Greenfield, MA, providing clinical and administrative supervision for staff and interns in outpatient clinic. This position will provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups, will participate as an active member of the agency management team, and provide clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts.  Work as part of an amazing team including the Clinic Director, other Clinical Supervisors, Integrated Services Managers, Psychiatrists and Clinical Nurse Specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians.
  • Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary.
  • Supervise other staff or interns as required.
  • Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees.
  • Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate.
  • Provide psycho-social assessments for assigned clients

Qualifications

Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families. Three years of supervisory experience and clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT.)  Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
