Clinical Manager, CCS, Gardner

CSO is looking for a Clinical Manager for our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) program in Gardner.

This Manager will provide clinical supervision and program development for CCS (Community Crisis Stabilization) including assessment of clients, development of residential programming, and consultation to staff regarding case management. The CCS Manager may provide Crisis clinical supervision or assessments as needed.

As a CCS Manager:

You Will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the CCS Program of Emergency Services including intake, treatment and discharge of all CCS clients.
  • Maintain regular and timely communication with program director regarding clinical, procedural and operational issues, medication and healthcare, and safety issues at the CCS Program.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision of all CCS staff as needed and in collaboration with the Program Director. Conduct annual performance evaluations and performance management throughout the year.
  • Oversee recruitment, orientation and training of new CCS staff. Plan and support ongoing training opportunities in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Coordinate supervision of peer staff with Peer Management as appropriate.
  • Be knowledgeable and oversee fulfillment of requirements for insurance authorization and billing for CCS clients.
  • Meet with individual CCS clients for assessment and/or clinical case management as needed.
  • Work with third party and other regulatory authorities regarding record keeping and adherence to regulations and requirements.

Your Background:

  • Clinical Master's degree required
  • Clinical license (or license eligible)
  • Three years' relevant experience (preferred)
  • Highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
