CSO is looking for a Human Resources/Recruiting Manager to join our team in Northampton.
This position delivers full life-cycle employee recruitment and onboarding by attracting, identifying, and assisting hiring managers in evaluating, interviewing, and hiring top level candidates through the use of both traditional and innovative recruitment methods. This position also coordinates employee benefits for new employees and works closely with other HR team members on associated benefits-related functions.
As an HR/Recruiting Manager:
You Will:
Oversee staff recruitment at all levels by partnering with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to assess current and forecasted hiring needs, position scope and requirements, and culture alignment needs.
Develop recruitment and hiring plans for each geographic region based on program needs; set and ensure progress toward key performance indicator targets such as applicant engagement and time to fill rates. Working with supervisor, frequently assess the productivity and effectiveness of various sourcing methods and adapt strategies as necessary.
Consistently communicate with hiring managers and recruiting leadership as appropriate on pipeline development and interview progression as applicable; schedule and conduct site visits frequently to meet hiring managers, understand the environment, and ensure a strong and continued partnership.
Coordinate and schedule prospective candidates for interviews when needed; participate in the interview process with hiring managers as applicable.
Work with hiring managers to ensure jobs are timely posted and consistently updated on the CSO website and internal Applicant Tracking System and other electronic media; ensure all candidates have appropriately e-signed applications, and that screening and interview progression is appropriately updated in appropriate systems.
Coordinate and attend in-house and external job fairs including promoting the CSO brand, screening candidates, inputting their information into appropriate systems, and building a relationship in an effort to drive in qualified talent.
Conduct a variety of sourcing techniques to expand sourcing network including, but not limited to, job board postings, partnering with and marketing to educational institutions, social media marketing, resume mining, targeted search methods as well as in-person networking in the community.
Provide a high level of internal customer service by responding to hiring manager inquiries timely and professionally while keeping them updated on the recruitment process.
