IT Managing Specialist, Greenfield

CSO is looking for an IT Managing Specialist to join our IT team.

This position is responsible for supporting company's personnel by maintaining our information systems., perform proper maintenance of all electronic equipment (including computers, laptops, tablets, phones, copiers, etc.) and will maintain servers, email, phones, and hardware/software. Additionally, this position will provide technical support to staff calling to ask questions. Travel to other sites on a regular basis to check on maintenance of equipment is required.

As an IT Managing Specialist:

You Will:

  • Maintain all management information systems including individual computers, computer systems, network servers, email, phones, and related hardware/software
  • Work closely with all direct care staff and managers to gather necessary information, troubleshoot, and resolve software or hardware problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Train staff regularly on how to use information systems technology, including the use of agency email, electronic timesheet system, intranet, and various other software programs as appropriate
  • Support staff in the proper and efficient use of all internal information systems
  • Monitor and remain current on the newest software and hardware available for use by the agency
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is submitted, coded, and filed in support of all purchases

Your Background:

  • Computer and Information Technology skills
  • College degree in a computer/MIS field (preferred)
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation
