CSO Full-time Shelter and Housing Nurse Care Manager, Greenfield

CSO seeks a full-time Registered Nurse, interested in supporting those experiencing homelessness and transitional housing. This Nurse Care Manager role uses a client-centered approach and harm-reduction lens to address acute and chronic health concerns. The skill set most desired is flexibility and the ability to work with those experiencing poverty, addiction, and mental health challenges.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience treating individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders preferred
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Transportation
