Relief Nurse, Greenfield

CSO is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Clinic as a Wellness Program Manager. The program manager will provide supervision and leadership to the wellness coaches, and assist with the development of a wellness curriculum and associated wellness groups. They will also provide clinical screening, evaluation, monitoring and education to children, adolescents and adults in a clinical and community setting. They will coordinate medical care with CSO prescribers and external PCPs, and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal planning and support for clients.

Other responsibilities include:

  •  Assist prescribers as needed when administering Suboxone
  •  Provide case consultation pertaining to medical issues for staff as requested
  •  Conduct medication reviews and monitoring as needed
  •  Participate in individual and group supervision
  •  Collaborate with team members in the development of treatment plans for clients

Qualifications:

  •  Must be licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  •  Experience treating individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders preferred
  •  Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight
  •  Computer proficiency
  •  Valid Driver's License
  •  Reliable Transportation
