Family Support Services Supervisor, Northampton

CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Family Support Services program in Northampton. 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced or newly licensed Clinician.

This role provides clinical support and direction for the operation of family support programs, including In-Home Therapy, In-Home Behavioral Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring and CSP, and/or Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT), supervising program staff and ensuring high quality program delivery. May also provide direct care services when required.

As a Family Support Services Supervisor:

You Will:

  • Provide ongoing clinical and administrative supervision of program staff.
  • Coordinate intake and initial assessment for all client referrals within 24 hours of referral.
  • Be available to work flexible schedule which may include evening and weekend work, as required by client needs.
  • Be available to provide after hours' on-call/urgent response support, including overnights, on a weekly rotational basis.
  • Follow standard procedures for MBHP and other third-party insurance authorization approvals.
  • Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees.
  • Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, regular clinical and administrative supervision, in-service training, and other required meetings.
  • Assist Program Director with recruitment and training as necessary.
  • Serve as liaison to CSO Outpatient Clinic and other providers; together with Program Director, manage and monitor insurance billing and marketing for program.
  • Together with Program Director, participate in long-range program development and planning.
  • Provide transportation for consumers as appropriate, following program guidelines.
  • Maintain an individual caseload at a predetermined level of productivity.

Your Background:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or closely related field
  • Clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral health
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents and families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
