Program Manager, All Stars, Greenfield

CSO is looking for a Program Manager for our All-Stars therapeutic afterschool program for children in Greenfield. 

The All-Stars program provides psycho-educational and recreational groups with activities occurring both at the program and in the community. All-Stars blends evidence-based models with a holistic, creative approach to support youth (ages 6-11) with emotional challenges. Our goal is to strengthen resiliency and help youth develop skills in emotional regulation, mindfulness, social engagement, and interpersonal skills.

Starting salary: $68,000-$75,000/year

As an All-Stars Program Manager:

You will:

  • Provide oversight of day-to-day After School program operations
  • Develop ongoing program activities, including onsite group and community activities
  • Manage the recruitment, hiring and training of staff in collaboration with the Program Director
  • Monitor compliance with DMH contract requirements
  • Ensure fidelity to evidence-based models
  • Provide direct services to therapeutic day program/after school program families and youth
  • Provide on-site or home-based clinical support as needed
  • Perform trauma informed intake assessments and complete clinical assessments
  • Lead development of Family Support Plans
  • Assist in referral to ongoing therapeutic services; lead on site groups for families and/or youth
  • Participate in community-based group activities; assist in planning appropriate activities
  • Ensure provision of EBP's as part of program activities; maintain training and proficiency in models
  • Participate in collaborative care planning and case management together with families, Youth support workers and other program staff
  • Consult and collaborate with other professionals providing services to clients
  • Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, in-service trainings, and other required meetings
  • Conduct regular staff meetings for program as appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing meetings at DMH, community partners, etc. to develop and maintain positive working relationships and to maintain effective service delivery
  • Work with supervisor on short- and long-range program planning and development
  • Collect, record, and distribute statistical information and generate reports as necessary

Your Background:

  • Clinical Master's degree with three years of relevant experience including some supervisory experience
  • Clinical license (preferred)
  • Experience working with children, adolescents and families
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
