CSO is looking for a
Program Director for our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) and Respite
Emergency Program (ESP) in Florence.
The position will provide clinical and
administrative leadership of the Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS)/Respite
Program. The Program Director oversees the staff of the assigned CCS/Respite
location, provides clinical leadership, monitors program access and availability,
assesses clients for admission, develops residential programming, oversight of
nursing and healthcare procedures, and provides consultation to case management
staff.
As
a Program director for CCS/ESP:
You Will:
- Oversee
daily operations of the CCS/Respite division of ESP managing team functions
including client access, case flow, coordination of staffing, interface with
community providers, and regulatory compliance
- Support Senior Director's oversight and goals for the
program including review of workflow, operational issues, communications
with providers and internal staff; maintain regular and timely
communication with Senior Director regarding clinical, procedural and
operational issues as well as staff and safety issues
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of
assigned CCS/Respite staff including Nurse Manager(s) and clinical staff
- Promote a positive team culture that is
person centered and trauma informed
- Work with the Senior Director to collaborate closely
with DMH around the DMH Respite contract (if applicable) fulfillment,
meeting with DMH personnel as needed
- Be knowledgeable and current regarding all CSO policies and procedures applicable to the CCS/Respite including overseeing fulfillment of requirements for insurance authorizations and billing relevant to CCS/Respite clients
- Maximize a community-based service model, participate
in ED diversion where possible, and work to achieve goals of MassHealth
Community initiative
- Adhere to the philosophy of "customer satisfaction"
and consistently follow the same by providing reliable, responsive,
consistent, trauma-informed and high-quality service in a timely manner to
staff and external customers
- Provide project management when assigned
such as leading the Regional Work Group; technical training staff and/or
skills trainings; use of skill areas such as primary liaison to the IT
Department
- Oversee and complete chart audits and other
utilization review activities as assigned
- Provide administrative on-call as needed in cooperation with other
ESP Directors
- Collect, record, and distribute statistical
information and generate reports as necessary
Your Background:
- Clinical
Master's degree with at least three years' experience in the evaluation and
treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families, and mental illness
- Independent
licensure?(LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Extensive
knowledge of Crisis and Respite programs
- Three years
supervisory and management experience
