CSO is looking for a Program Director for our Family Resource Center (FRC) in Amherst.
The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community based, family focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and their children from birth to 18 years old. The FRC provides linkages to community resources to help with basic needs, family support, therapeutic services and resources.? We provide a holistic array of activities for families that include support groups for caregivers, playgroups, evidenced based parenting groups, school support, as well as arts, cultural, and recreational activities.?
This position will provide clinical and administrative leadership for the FRC; oversee day-to-day operations and program planning, development and evaluation.
As an FRC Program Director:
You Will:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the program, providing administrative and programmatic supervision for all FRC staff
Plan, develop and manage center activities and services to meet program goals
Ensure coordination of all FRC Network Services partners
Participate in System of Care (SOC) meetings and coordinate FRC sub-committee of SOC.
Establish family and youth advisory committee
Ensure fidelity to evidence-based models
Serve as volunteer coordinator and work directly with Family Members as needed
Assist in referral to ongoing therapeutic services; coordinate onsite groups for families and/or youth
Maintain complete, accurate and timely records
Consult and collaborate with other professionals providing services to FRC clients
Participate on the agency's Management Team and participate in regular management meetings
Meet regularly with the Associate VP of Community/Family Services for supervision
Monitor compliance with requirements of FRC grant
Schedule and facilitate staff/team meetings
Support and maintain a high-performance environment characterized by positive leadership and a strong team orientation as a member of the Agency Management team
Collaborate with all participating sites/staff regarding integration of the Family Resource Center?
Support goals and philosophies of Senior Management Team
Your Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Human Services related field
Three years of supervisory experience
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
