CSO is looking for a Per-Diem Hospital Services Supervisor to join our team in Florence.
The Hospital Services Supervisor will provide behavioral health services including consultation, support, assessment, intervention and discharge planning to individuals and families at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH). The Hospital Services Supervisor is primarily based at the hospital and works to fulfill the requirements of the CSO contract with CDH. The Supervisor represents CSO in providing clinical services at CDH and advocates for the behavioral health needs of clients. The supervisor trains and supervises per diem staff and coordinates admissions to the CDH Psychiatric Unit.

Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree with independent license (LICSW or LMHC) required, with five years' or more experience treating individuals with mental illness in outpatient, residential, crisis intervention, or psychiatric inpatient setting post-masters degree experience preferred. In some cases, an LCSW or significant experience may be acceptable while working towards independent licensure. Ability to work with computers using Microsoft software, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based programs including basic data entry skills. Must be experienced in assessing individuals and managing appropriate dispositions. Must be able to triage and direct workflow, be familiar with community resources and possess strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, computer and phone counseling skills.
