A Family Partner within our Children's Behavioral Health Services at Clinical and Support Options, Inc., provides support and coaching to parents/caregivers who involved in the Intensive Care Coordination process. Family Partners share pertinent parts of their journey with parents/caregivers with the purpose and intent of connecting their own experience to a similar experience of the parent. They partner with parents/caregivers to teach and explore new skills while building confidence in their ability to meet their child's complex needs.

Relief coverage of vacant shifts. Overnight shift counselor duties include care and support of residents, assisting with sleep hygiene, conduct hourly checks, chart documentation, and oversight of physical facility; telephone triage of crisis phone line and providing telephone support to known clients. Team coordination with day and evening shifts. Excellent opportunity to learn behavioral health skills. Bachelors degree and experience in mental health or substance abuse preferred.

Peer staff are employees having lived experience and able to use experience to provide professional peer support. Certified Peer Specialist training required but can be obtained after hire. The Peer Bridger provides hope, mutual peer support, advocacy, purposeful sharing of lived experience, and education to individuals receiving services.
