CSO is looking for a Clinician for our newest Family Resource Center in Gardner.
The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community based, family focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and their children from birth to 18 years old. The FRC provides linkages to community resources to help with basic needs, family support, therapeutic services and resources. We provide a holistic array of activities for families that include support groups for caregivers, playgroups, evidenced based parenting groups, school support, as well as arts, cultural, and recreational activities.
This is a clinical leadership role that includes our generous manager's benefits package.
CSO offers Training in: Trauma informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Cultural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Mindfulness Skills and more.
The Clinician will provide support to FRC children and their families.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree required with three years' relevant experience. Must hold Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT or LMHC required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, computer competency and be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
