Clinician, Family Support Services, Gardner

CSO is looking for Clinicians to join our Family Support Services teams to provide In-Home Therapy (IHT) to children and families.

This position is ideal for experienced or newly graduated Clinicians.

The IHT Clinician will provide community-based, direct care services to children and families. They will work in collaboration with a paraprofessional who provides behavioral health monitoring, coaching and support. The main focus of these services is to ease the youth's mental health issues and strengthen the family's overall functioning. These services are highlighted by flexibility in frequency and duration based solely on family needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with children and families.
  • Assist caregivers in stabilizing the behavior of children and adolescents, including the development of Risk Management Plans.
  • Be available to work flexible schedule which will include some evening work, as required by client needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Family Support paraprofessional. 
  • Collaborate with the family's wrap-around providers.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in a mental health field, experience working with children and families (preferred), computer proficiency to use electronic health record and other information systems. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
