Outpatient Clinician, FOH, Springfield

CSO is looking for Master's Level Outpatient Clinicians for Friends of the Homeless in Springfield.

Outpatient Clinicians provide clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts.

CSO fully supports mental health licensure with regular supervision and a plethora of free in-house and on-site training opportunities that are CEU authorized by various licensing organizations. We are also a Trauma-Informed Agency, practicing trauma-informed care and offering regular trainings and an internal Trauma-Informed Care Certification program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family/conjoint and group therapy for adults and/or their families.
  • Develop treatment plans and goals.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and timely records.
  • Consult/collaborate with other professionals providing services to clients.
  • Participate in treatment planning, team meetings, in-service trainings, and other required meetings.
  • Provide outreach services when necessary.
  • Participate in-group supervision when doing group therapy.

Qualifications

Clinical Master's degree required with post Master's experience preferred in treatment of adults and/or families.  Must be licensed or license eligible (LICSW or LMHC preferred.) Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency.  Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software.  Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
