Outpatient Clinician, Springfield

We are looking for full and part-time Clinicians who are available for a minimum of 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy to clients in office and in the community. Office-based Telehealth also available as an option when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement clinical treatment plans aligned with standards for medical necessity.
  • Maintain complete, accurate and timely records.
  • Consult and collaborate with other providers within and outside of CSO.
  • Participate in trainings and other required meetings as appropriate.
  • Participate in ongoing individual and/or group supervision.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related Mental Health field from an accredited program is required.
  • Required license eligibility with: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC OR LMFT
  • Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills
  • Familiarity with support groups.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
