CSO is seeking an Outreach Housing Case Manager to join our service team, providing a safe haven for formerly homeless tenants while helping address barriers to self-sufficiency. This position works in a collaborative manner with the individual to accomplish common goals. They will coordinate and monitor the assessment, treatment planning process, and follow-up for each newly housed client and serve as an advocate and liaison for the tenant.
BA plus 3 years experience required,Master's Degree in human services preferred. (Social Work, Psychology) from an accredited college or university, with knowledge of issues of low income, homeless population, chemical dependency, and/or mental health programs. Ability to use computer software applications and general office equipment. Commitment to trauma informed care.
First Aid and CPR certification desirable. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret governmental regulations and legal documents. Ability to write reports and correspondence, Ability to speak effectively and respond to questions from tenants, management, and/or public groups.
Bilingual skills desirable.
