The Housing Navigator will be a key member of the Coordinated Entry System (CES) team that connects homeless individuals with services and housing. Intensive Care Coordinator- Become a certified wraparound facilitator of the Intensive Care Coordination Program. The Care Coordinator facilitates a care planning process based on the youth and family’s needs and collaborates with state agencies, school systems, primary care physicians, and family supports to form the family’s team. The Wraparound Process is family driven and team informed and the goal is to create an integrated care plan.

Master's or doctoral level clinician to provide home-based consultation services, including functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and designing of behavioral interventions, for families of children with severe emotional disturbance.

Provide assessment and brief interventions to adults, youth and families in psychiatric crisis. Work with a expert team of mental health professionals in community settings including homes, schools, hospital emergency department and the Crisis office to provide trauma sensitive interventions for safety and stabilizations. Provide Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) as part of the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative of Massachusetts. Coverage for weekday shifts and on-call shifts available weekends and nights. Clinical Master's degree required; minimum two years' experience treating individuals with mental illness preferred. Clinical licensure strongly preferred. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Provide onsite support services to individuals utilizing the respite beds on per diem basis. Relevant Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years experience treating individuals with mental illness. Some weekend hours available.
