Administrative Support Specialist (Part-time, 24 hours a week) to provide administrative and clerical support for various behavioral health grant-funded projects in the Administrative Office. The position will handle data entry and logistical support for a variety of grant-funded activities. Qualifications include the ability to organize office procedures and workload efficiently; perform clerical and administrative tasks with minimal supervision; and work independently on department projects, and new initiatives. Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrated collaborative, cooperative, supportive and flexible attitude. Capacity to work effectively with staff at all levels. Computer proficiency including ability to work with email, electronic health records, spreadsheet experience, and word processing software required.
