Outpatient Clinician, (Fee for Service,) Springfield

CSO is looking for Fee-For-Service Clinicians to join our clinic in Springfield.

We are looking for full and part-time Clinicians who are available for at least 15 client-facing hours/week. 

Clinic hours were recently expanded to add some evening and weekend hours. This brings flexibility to our staff and our clients.

As a Fee-For-Service-Clinician:

You Will:

  • Provide individual, family and/or group mental health therapy to clients in office and in the community. Office-based Telehealth also available as an option when appropriate
  • Develop and implement clinical treatment plans aligned with standards for medical necessity
  • Maintain complete, accurate and timely records
  • Consult and collaborate with other professionals providing services to clients and make necessary referrals
  • Participate in service trainings and other required meetings as appropriate
  • Participate in ongoing individual and/or group supervision

Your Background:

  • Clinical Master's degree required with post master experience preferred in treatment of adults, children and/or families 
  • Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, or LABA) 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
