CSO has open positions for Master's Level Clinicians in our Family Support Services program, providing intensive clinical services to families in their homes in the western and central Massachusetts' area as part of the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI). Clinicians will provide In-Home therapy as part of an amazing team, working with the Clinical Supervisors and Family Support Workers/Case Managers.

As a clinician, you will:
Provide a structured, strength-based therapeutic relationship for children and their families in natural family settings such as home or school.
Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with families, children and other supports and providers.
Assist caregivers in stabilizing the behavior of children and adolescents, including the development of Risk Management Plans and facilitating the involvement of Crisis Services when required.
Work collaboratively with the Family Support paraprofessional and be a collaborative provider to the family and the family's wrap-around team supports and providers.
Requirements are as follows:
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related Mental Health field from an accredited program.
Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills.
• Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds.
• Bilingual/bicultural Spanish-speaking are encouraged to apply.
Master's in related mental health field
Preferred license or certification:
