supervision and program development for Community Crisis Stabilization/ Respite
in designate Crisis Program which includes assessment of clients, development
of residential programming, oversight of nursing and healthcare
procedures, and consultation to staff
regarding case management. The
CCS/Respite Supervisor works under the direction of the Program Director and in
collaboration with other Crisis Supervisors.
The CCS/Respite Supervisor may provide Crisis clinical supervision or
assessments as needed.
1. Oversee daily operations of the CCS/Respite Program of Crisis Services including intake, treatment and discharge of all CCS/Respite clients.
2. Maintain regular and timely communication with program director regarding clinical , procedural and operational issues, medication and healthcare, and safety issues at the CCS/Respite Program.
3. Provide clinical and administrative supervision of all CCS/Respite staff as needed and in collaboration with the Program Director. Conduct annual performance evaluations and performance management throughout the year.REQUIRED:
Master's Degree in a mental health discipline, Independent clinical licensure, and five years' experience working with mentally ill populations. Experience in crisis or inpatient settings and experience with youth and families preferred. Expertise preferred in the following areas: youth and families (CBHI); substance abuse; wellness and recovery; crisis intervention; supervision. Desire to work with a team, strong leadership, communication skills, and computer proficiency including ability to work with electronic health required
