Assistant Director, PACT Youth, Pittsfield

CSO is looking for an Assistant Director for our PACT-Youth team in Pittsfield. 

This is a great opportunity for a licensed Clinician or a Clinician on licensure track

As an Assistant Director in our PACT Youth program:

You will:

  • Provide day-to-day programmatic and administrative oversight of PACT-Y program including clinical, rehabilitative, multi-disciplinary and recovery-oriented services to support clients' recovery journey.
  • Develop, oversee and participate in ongoing program activities, including onsite group and community activities that are active, flexible, ongoing, community-based and that include assertive outreach, rehabilitation, and support.  
  • Coordinate and ensure that quality services are provided within the PACT-Y team.
  • Manage the program budget with support from the Program Director.
  • Manage the referral process.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with the community including the Department of Mental Health and any other appropriate community members.

Your Background:

  • Clinical Master's degree required  
  • Three years' relevant experience preferred including supervisory experience 
  • Highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (preferred) 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
