CSO is looking for per-diem, part-time and full-time Emergency Services Clinicians to join our team in Athol.
Our Crisis services offer clients behavioral health assessments, intervention and stabilization (for youth, families and adults,) 24 hour availability (7 days per week,) support from professional Peers, and are a preferred alternative to hospital emergency departments. We offer these services to all individuals regardless of insurance or ability to pay.Our Respite services offer clients a quiet, home-like atmosphere. We provide daily assessment and brief counseling, case management, nursing support and peer support. Respite services have recovery and wellness focused groups, psychiatric consultation when needed and also provide discharge planning.
As a Clinician, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments, care plans, clinical and discharge supports. This role also allows for opportunities to lead support and educational groups, as well as team and family meetings. You will work with an expert team of mental health professionals in community settings including homes, schools, and hospital emergency departments to provide trauma sensitive interventions for safety and stabilization.

Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree required. Must be experienced in assessing individuals and managing appropriate dispositions. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must be licensed or license eligible (LICSW or LMHC preferred.) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
