CSO is looking for CBHC Clinicians for our Clinic in Northampton.
Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) are responsible for providing a full range of client-centered and family-centered services and interventions for mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. CBHCs serve as an entry point for timely, flexible, person-centered, high-quality mental health and addiction treatment on an urgent and ongoing basis.

CSO fully supports mental health licensure with regular supervision and a plethora of free in-house and on-site training opportunities that are CEU authorized by various licensing organizations. We are also a Trauma-Informed Agency, practicing trauma-informed care and offering regular trainings and an internal Trauma-Informed Care Certification program.
As a CBHC Clinician you will provide mental health and care coordination services to children, adults and their families.
Clinical Master's degree required with post master experience preferred in treatment of adults, children and/or families. Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC I, or LABA). Experience in care coordination preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must be able to work flexible schedule, including night and weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required to support outreach and home and community-based activities.
