CSO is looking for a Bilingual Clinician for our Friends of the Homeless Shelter in Springfield.
This outreach, outpatient clinician will provide direct and indirect mental health services to adults experiencing homelessness at Friends of the Homeless and community outreach locations. Serving a significantly bilingual community, this role is recommended to be filled by an individual with fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
Clinical Master's degree required with post master experience preferred in treatment of adults and/or families. Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline, LICSW or LMHC preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
