Clinician, PACT Program, Northampton

CSO is seeking a Clinician to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. 

As a PACT Clinician, you can expect to provide individual, family/conjoint and group therapy for adults and/or their families. You will develop treatment plans and goals, while maintaining complete, accurate and timely records. This is a collaborative position that regularly consults with other professionals who are providing services to clients. As a PACT Clinician, you will participate in treatment planning, attend team meetings and in-service trainings, and will provide outreach services when necessary. The PACT Clinician will facilitate weekly mental health groups, and will receive supervision on a consistent basis. 

Qualifications: Clinical Master's degree required with post master experience preferred in treatment of adults and/or families.  Must be eligible for or hold highest level of Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline, LICSW or LMHC preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency.  Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software.  Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
