CSO is looking for per-diem Clinicians for our Respite Services program in Greenfield.
Our Respite services offer clients a quiet, home-like atmosphere. We provide daily assessment and brief counseling, case management, nursing support and peer support. Respite services have recovery and wellness focused groups, psychiatric consultation when needed and also provide discharge planning.
As a Respite Clinician, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments, care plans, clinical and discharge supports. This role also allows for opportunities to lead support and educational groups, as well as team and family meetings.

Qualifications
Clinical Master's degree required, with two years or more of experience treating individuals with a serious mental illness in a residential, crisis intervention, or psychiatric inpatient setting. Must be experienced in assessing individuals and managing appropriate dispositions. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must be licensed or license eligible (LICSW or LMHC preferred.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
