CSO is looking for a Registered Nurse to be an Integrated Care Supervisor at our clinic in Athol.
Join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team as an Integrated Care Supervisor. The program manager will provide supervision and leadership to the CCBHC wellness coaches and assist with the development of a wellness curriculum and associated wellness groups. They will also provide clinical screening, evaluation, monitoring and education to children, adolescents and adults in a clinical and community setting. They will coordinate medical care with CSO prescribers and external PCPs, and collaborate with CCBHC team members to ensure optimal planning and support for clients.

Qualifications
Must be licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse; experience treating individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders preferred. Primary care experience also preferred. Must be familiar with community resources and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a variety of environments and make decisions when faced with unplanned circumstances. Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight. Capacity to be an effective member of a Team. Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs and perspectives of individuals from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. MA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
