The Family Resource Center (FRC) is a community based, family focused program that supports parents, caregivers, and their children from birth to 18 y.o. The FRC provides linkages to community resources to help with basic needs, family support, therapeutic services and resources. We provide a holistic array of activities for families that include support groups for caregivers, playgroups, evidenced based parenting groups, school support, as well as arts, cultural, and recreational activities.
· Provide trauma informed assessments and clinical support to FRC families and youth, and for youth involved in the "Children Requiring Assistance" CRA process.
· Provide leadership and clinical support to the FRC team in partnership with the Program Director.
· Build partnerships and collaborate with state agencies and community based agencies.
· Lead development of Family Support Plans.
· Assist in referrals, lead on site groups for families and/or youth, and program support.
· Provide ongoing supervision and oversight to Family Partner.
Qualifications: Clinical Master's degree required with three years' relevant experience. Must hold Massachusetts' licensure in appropriate discipline, LCSW, LMFT or LMHC required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
