CSO is looking for a Case Manager for our shelter in Greenfield.
This shelter will support adults experiencing homelessness in Franklin County.
The case manager assists in accessing support services and making referrals to and advocacy with CBOs on behalf of the client. They provide substance abuse education and direct connections to treatment, and provide extended aftercare.
Responsibilities
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in social work or other related field or relevant experience. Two years' work experience in housing search and/or case management. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office programs. Ability to work with diverse population and exercise good judgement.
