Youth Support Worker, Therapeutic Afterschool Program (A)

CSO is looking for a Youth/Family Support worker to join our team. Our All Stars Therapeutic Day and After-school Programs provides a range of psych-educational and recreational groups for youth ages 11 - 18 years old. Our goal, through a trauma informed approach, is to strengthen child resiliency and aid in the development of skills in emotion regulation, social skills, social engagement and more.

(This is a 32hour/week, Monday-Friday position.)

Qualifications:

?  Minimum Associate's degree in a behavioral health discipline or related field

?  Good listening skills

?  Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight, and ability to foster self-sufficiency in families using problem-solving and practical skills

?  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
